Arstanbekova Bubuaisha is the member of the The Eurasian Creative Guild, winner of the Open Central Asia Book Forum & Literature Festival-2014, Honored Worker of Culture of the Kyrgyz Republic, poet and public figure, member of the Kyrgyz National Writers' Union.She is the member of the Public Council of the Ministry of Culture, Information and Tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2015-2017 Chairwoman. Arstanbekova Bubaysha Kuluevna was born on April 8, 1961 in the village of Toktogul, Zerger rural area of the Uzgen region, Osh oblast.
