BOOK 4 SANGRE DE CRISTO After being kidnapped off the stage by the Opera Ghost in front of a sold-out house Christine suddenly finds herself the most famous young soprano in the world, swarmed by reporters and paparazzi. Tickets for "reopening night" of Sangre de Cristo are at a premium as Christine takes the stage at the Santa Fe Opera House.
