The Resurrection of America brings to the attention of Americans the many dangers facing our country from within. This book looks at the issues that exist today as a result of an out-of-control government, and it offers some proposed solutions. The author suggests changes at all levels of government and commerce based on our constitutional rights. The Resurrection of America looks at the policies and actions of the federal and state governments, the current economic disaster, the huge and ever-growing federal debt, and individual states that are struggling with financial challenges. Emphasis is placed on the rights of consumers in an increasingly corporate-dominated economy. The inspiration for this book came straight out of the Constitution of the United States. C. Warren Ellis was born in rural Pennsylvania, the second youngest in a family of seven children. After being honorably discharged from the Air Force before his 21st birthday, he held several jobs prior to returning to technical school to further his education in electronics. With over 50 years of both blue and white collar employment in such well known companies as IBM, he has observed first hand the effects of government on tax burdens, the economy, and unemployment. The realization that the United States is on a slippery slope away from the Constitution in terms of government and civil rights led to this book. One half of the author's proceeds from the sale of this book is pledged to the Wounded Warrior Project (www.woundedwarriorproject.org).
