Gopal Alapure is an Associate Professor at the Department of Civil Engineering DPES's Dhole Patil College of Engineering, Pune. Affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune, India. Abraham George is Professor and Former Head at Department Architecture and Regional Planning, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, India. He is a Registered Architect (CoA), Fellow of Indian Institute of Architects (FIIA), Fulbright Fellow (Cornell University, NY).
