Gaurav was born on 31 January 1992 at Ambedkar Nagar, Uttar Pradesh (India).He obtained his B.Sc(Agriculture) degree from Narendra Dev University of Agriculture & Technology Faizabad in 2012 and his M.Sc.Agriculture (Agronomy) from Banaras Hindu University,Varanasi,with research specialization in Weed Science in 2014.
