These are situations that we experience in life but do not have adequate coping skills to manage without being stressed or burnt out. It practiced seriously through the technic described in this book, you will be able to adopt a way of life that allows you not only enjoy life without much stress, but also a life full of pleasantness. If we take a close look at mental afflictions and behavioral problems reflected through personalities from a psychological psychiatric point of view, which I discuss later in this work, it becomes evident that most of these problems occur due to the narcissistic tendency that envelops our being. However, we are not aware that the mental afflictions that we experience.
