Also known as Thehiya Kte, Garry is a descendant of great chiefs like Chief Crazy Horse and Chief Red Cloud. As a close friend of Russell Means as well as an Indian patriot and a diplomat from the Republic of Lakotah, he has been fighting for his people's treaty rights all his adult life.
