The author, Getachew Abraham is a senior staff in Mizan-Tepi University (MTU) at the college of Agriculture & Natural resource, in the department of Animal science since 2009. Prior to MTU, he had served as an assistant lecturer in Mizan Agricultural technique & vocational training (ATVET) college for about 5 years.
