Born on the west side of Chicago and moved to Santa Barbara, CA; Reno, NV; and Santurce, Puerto Rico, I have learned many valuable lessons in cultures and people. From a union busboy at a Greyhound bus depot to a president of adult educators in my hometown, my experience has afforded me to be versatile as a union teacher in GED and ESL.
