Mohab Anis is an Engineering Professor at the American University in Cairo, CEO at INNOVETY; a leading innovation management consultancy. Mohab loves helping companies build new business concepts, and has consulted widely in the areas of innovation strategy, capacity and discipline. This includes auditing businesses' innovation capabilities, idea generation and management, and technology forecasting. Mohab has also worked with government on strategy and policy that fosters national innovation and entrepreneurship. Mohab is a certified consultant of A.T.Kearney's House of Innovation and has delivered numerous keynotes and workshops in the area of innovation management.  Earlier, Mohab spent years as a tenured professor of Computer Engineering at University of Waterloo, Canada, to which he's now adjunct. He consulted in the US and Canada to a variety of Fortune 500 companies. As an academic, he authored over 150 international papersand 5 books. He is on the Editorial Board of 9 international journals and has supervised over 30 postgraduate students half of which were PhDs. Mohab was awarded three of Canada's highest awards for excellence in innovation (The Early Research Award from Ontario's Ministry of Research and Innovation, the Colton Medal for Research Excellence and the IEEE International Design Award), as well as both of AUC's top awards in Teaching and Research & Creative Endeavours. Mohab holds a PhD in Computer Engineering from University of Waterloo (2002), an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University with a concentration in Innovation and Entrepreneurship (2008), and a Masters in Management Sciences with a concentration in Technological Innovation (2008). Mona Tarek Elsemary is a Yousef Jameel PhD Fellow and teaching assistant at the American University of Cairo/ Egypt. She has earned two master degrees one in Microbiology from Cairo University/ Faculty of Pharmacy in Cairo, Egypt and another in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology from King Saud University/ Faculty of Pharmacy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. She has published two papers one of which was presented at the San Francisco Conference for Pharmaceutic and Novel Drug Delivery Systems in 2012. She has expertise in different drug formulation methods, electrospinning and preparation of nanofiber as well as bacterial biofilm targeting with novel drug delivery methods. Ghada AlTaher holds a master degree in Nanotechnology from the American University in Cairo. She is passionate about the emerging new trends in business and technology innovations. Currently she works in the Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA), where she helps pharma companies abide by the current regulations that govern the registration and marketing of human drugs in the Egyptian market. Prior to EDA, she used to work as a teaching assistant in the German University in Cairo. She holds a bachelor of science degree in pharmacy and biotechnology. Wessam Sarhan  is the Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of NanoEbers Startup Company. She has achieved her PhD degree in Applied Sciences with specialization in Nanotechnology from the American University in Cairo in 2016. She is a co-author of several publications and a patent filed with the US PTO. She has graduated from the faculty of pharmacy, Mansoura University and had her master's degree in Microbiology from the faculty of pharmacy, Zagazig University.  She has strong expertise in nanotechnology, electrospinning, characterization of nanomaterials, phytoceuticals, microbiology and market research.
