The work emphasis the idea of solving the disturbance caused in the process without the human efforts by introducing the principle method of a new design of the experimental platform for the control and system identification based on LabVIEW. The main idea of this work is to make the quadruple tank to be automated using LabVIEW which is able to build, predict the parameters and PID values for the given system on its own and could efficiently overcome the problem of adaptability to new variables of the given system by including the steps of system identification and tuning of the controllers. It can also be entitled as unmanned identification and control of a process system. It reduces the complication in the tuning process for every change in the set point or any undesired disturbance. To overcome these complications the idea is focused on designing the controllers and in the progress of PSO algorithm and development of PID controller without human interference, that is the second phase of this work deals with the unmanned procedure created using LabVIEW where the entire process such as system identification and the identification of best controller has been calculated by itself.
