A world citizen of Italian descent, Giovanna Yessoufou received a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Affairs from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, and a Master's degree in Media, Culture, and Communications from New York University. She met her husband Farid, a native of the Republic of Benin, while studying in Boston, and together they share four beautiful boys, three French Bulldogs, Thor, Louis, and Hugo, and a human child, Zahl.
