Does Glendon Bushong really have any business writing a book? At first, I would say zero literally, zero. He'd be the first to tell you that life throws different paths and struggles at all of us, and as a child, writing a book would not be on the radar. Growing up he was mistakenly labeled as dyslexic by our glorious school system. Years later he eventually realized it wasn't a learning disability. Turns out he just had a different way of learning. Growing up in a single mother household, where she was consistently away working, it created a lack of focus on academic performance. The irony of being a published author for Glendon is that during elementary school he was embarrassed to read out loud and would find creative work arounds to either cherry pick the easy paragraph or completely avoid reading all together. Either way, he made it through, and he wants his story told, because here in America, he's living proof that we can do anything. Once Labeled dyslexic, the slow reader, world's worst speller that has now made it here, a published author. Now that we've shown why this Glendon character isn't fit to be an author, let's look at why he is more than qualified to be one. After going through the typical life struggles, heartaches from lost relationships, financial struggles, barely knowing what to do next in life he started to learn from mentors around him how to man up and be in control instead of just along for the ride. As someone that consistently had the cards against him, the desire he had for something more is what sculpted him into the accomplished professional in the medical field that breaks sales records for multiple companies, winning Rolexes to fancy vacations, while doubling company revenues, goes on dates with models and travels the world. With almost two decades of sales experience, he learned that by being the best in a field that rewards achievements with financial windfalls, he found a way to get past just the material aspects and use that bank account to not just accumulate money but to also "get his balls back," and become the man he wanted to be. It's not about shallow earthly needs, but a way to experience life, and also exude a level of gentlemanly confidence. He understands chivalry is not dead and prides himself on being what can only be described as a modern-day renaissance man. He decided to write a book that someone like him, someone that faced hardships would be able to use as a blueprint to overcome any bullshit the universe threw at them. In the end most people think 99.9% of people on this earth have no "business" writing a book, but Glendon wants to make it perfectly clear it doesn't mean they shouldn't and doesn't mean they can't.

Autorenporträt
Glendon Bushong is an accomplished medical professional and sales expert, whose work and personal life have brought him into contact with many talented people in all walks of life. His decision to write Buy Your Balls Back arose from a deep-seeded call to address the misconceptions surrounding toxic masculinity and authentic manhood observed in today's society. Over the years, Mr. Bushong noted a lack of self-confidence, genuine respect, and even basic manners in the men he interacted with, including, at times, himself. These experiences inspired him to document his own journey toward personal development, with distinct focus on his emotional, physical, and financial growth.Through this process of self-improvement, Mr. Bushong recognized the need for a powerful, clear-cut guide to success for men such as himself, who sought to achieve a healthy state of masculine discipline. He formed a personal mantra, "Buy Your Balls Back", to symbolize his drive for resilience against adversity, power to seize opportunities, and call to strive daily for personal growth. He used this mantra as the title of his new book to encourage men of all ages and diversities to reclaim their lost attributes, including true confidence over inflated ego, financial discipline over monetary insecurity, and genuine courtesy over ungentlemanly behavior. Within the text, Bushong uses his own experiences to showcase the need for the men of today to focus on taking control of their own lives by reaching for a higher version of themselves, striving for personal wealth and security, and embracing life experiences with refined assurance.
