Grace Vitkauskas was born very poor. Her parents never even graduated from grammar school, but Grace was able to attend a state university under a grant and received a BA in chemistry and psychology, graduating magna cum laude. Later she earned a PhD in molecular biology and biochemistry. She has published nearly 50 articles in journals regarding research on the immune systems, cancer therapy, and the use of electronic medical systems to further patient care.
