For the past fifteen years, Grant Hawkes has variously travelled and been based in West Africa, the Middle East, Europe, East Asia and South America during which time he has written and compiled an anthology of short stories. He currently lives in Sydney with his beautiful wife, Maria. Wonderful My Friend is his first novel.
