HDTP significantly improves the biochemical changes of SGPT, SGOT, ALP, TC, TB, TP, LDL, HDL level in serum against ethanol induced hepatotoxicity in rats. HDTPtreated group showed, significant increase of SOD, CAT, GSH release when compared to negative control group.
