Gwen Schall was born and raised in New York. She graduated from the University of Toledo with both a B. Ed and an M. Ed. She spent most of her adult life in Northeast Ohio. She now lives in Palm Desert, California with her husband. She has two children and three grandchildren. Her 37 years of teaching included every grade from Kindergarten to College. She spent a year teaching in Mexico and has taught adults in the L.A. County Jail. She enjoys long walks, biking, reading, and writing. Web of Deception is her first novel.
