Doddridge H.N. Alleyne has a distinguished record of more than forty years of public service with the Government of Trinidad and Tobago. He was Permanent Secretary, Minister of Petroleum and Mines, Permanent Secretary, Minister of Finance, Planning and Development, and Permanent Secretary to the Prime Minister. He also served as the Trinidad and Tobago Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the United Nations.
