Ahmad H. Juma'h, Ph.D, C.P.A Holds a Ph.D. in Accounting and Finance from the Business School of the University of Manchester, UK. He earned a Masters in Business Administration with concentration in Accounting and Finance, a Bachelor degree in Accounting and another in Science with a concentration in Mathematics from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Certificate of Higher Education in Finance from the Baruch College of the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico. Since 1987 he has given lectures in Accounting, Finance and Strategic Management at various universities in Puerto Rico. He has published more than thirty articles in scholarly and professional international journals on outsourcing and accounting and finance among other topics. He currently coordinates the Doctoral Program in Business Administration with major in Finance at the Inter American University of Puerto Rico. Doris Morales Rodríguez, Ph.D Holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy in Entrepreneurial and Managerial Development in International Business from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico. She earned a Master of Labor Relations from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico and a Bachelor of Social Sciences with a concentration in Political Science from the University of Puerto Rico. Has conducted research on economic incentives, transfers of operations, transaction costs, financial performance and competitiveness. Delivers lectures in Economics and Business Administration at the University of Puerto Rico, Carolina Campus. She has published several articles in academic and professional journals. Antonio Lloréns-Rivera, Ph.D. Dr. Lloréns-Rivera earned his Ph.D. in Public Policy and Management with majors in Public Finance and Urban Economics from The Ohio State University (OSU) in the United States of America. Also, he obtained a master's degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Social Science degree inEconomics from University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus. He has conducted research on fiscal policies, management, and the labor markets in Puerto Rico. He has taught graduate courses in economics, labor economics, finance, and public finance at Inter American University of Puerto Rico, Metropolitan Campus, since 1996. He has published several articles in academic and professional journals.
