Dorothy M. Griffiths, PhD, is a professor and the chairperson of the child and youth studies department at Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario, and the codirector of the International Dual Diagnosis Certificate Programme. She lives in St. Catharines, Ontario. Robert King, MD, FRCPC, is a consultant psychiatrist to the Developmental Disabilities Program of the North Bay Psychiatric Hospital, North Bay, Ontario, where he also resides.
