David Pien has attained the investment industry's top credential and has previously written training materials for newly hired investment representatives as part of his work with a major Canadian bank. Money and Investing, his first book, was inspired by the time David spent in the investment industry working with clients and providing them with help suited to their unique financial needs. Having achieved financial independence at the age of fifty-four, David is now happily retired. Outside of writing, David enjoys reading, writing, yoga, and astronomy. He divides his time between London, Ontario, and Mississauga, where he presently resides.
