Davis Blaine, Chairman of both The Mentor Group and Mentor Securities (FINRA registered), is an expert in the accounting, tax, and financial aspects of acquisitions, recapitalizations, valuations and appraisal. He is a frequent lecturer and writer on technical valuation issues. Davis has counseled many clients on buying, selling, or raising capital. Naked Without Network is Davis' second published work.
