This research was conducted to compare the antioxidant activities using ORAC assay, total phenolic compounds and flavonoid contents between environmental friendly and conventionally cultivated fruits and rice in Korea. The results showed that environmental friendly cultivated fruits and rice mostly had much more total antioxidants and phytochemicals than conventional cultivated crops. Of course, it depended on the solvents extraction as well.
