In the summer of 2021 (Black Summer), Algeria and several countries in the world have been hit by huge wildfires which were a real ecological disaster. Hundreds of Magots have been killed, in addition to other animals and humans. This is how the idea of writing this book came into the author's mind. Summary The fauna and flora are burned. The forests of Djurdjura Mountain are engulfed by the deadliest wildfires in History. Mother Nature's wrath is intractable. The monkeys, transformed into vampires at the end of this tragedy, attack the cursed men who caused the apocalypse. The time of revenge has come. The human race is threatened with extinction. Cylya, a young woman, is facing the Lord of Vampire Magots in the depths of darkness while bravely trying to save her lover Dally and the whole world. Courage is confronting power. "The Vampire Magots", by Dally Wood. A pocket book intended for teenagers and young adults. This literary fiction shows the importance of saving our ecosystem by protecting the environment from natural disasters; especially the forests against wildfires in all over the world. Planet Earth as a whole is in danger because of industrial pollution and deforestation which result global warming and climate change. This is how "Eco-fiction" came to literature. The Vampire Magots and Cylya the Heroine Cylya is a young girl who imposes herself among men as a woman and among Muslims as a Jew to save her lover Dally (auto-fictional character) and the humanity from extinction. Historically, women in North Africa were the symbol of sovereignty and freedom, like the famous Berber queen Dyhia who run over North Africa in the 7th century AC. She was a governor and a warrior according to the middle-age Historian and Sociologist Ibn Khaldoun (1332-1406). >The sun falls in the dying twilight; He rises in the depths of my heart; My soul under his magic light; Which shines like a fairy bright; And gleams like the moon in the night; His charm is a conflict without a fight; His lovely smile is an Angel in flight; I've loved him at first sight; He was on my left; I was on his right; Now I see his face every time I close my eyes; I feel his grace every time I smell him nice; He's in every place, alive and never dies; He's in every space, in my heart he always lies... (Romantic poem of Cylya, Chapter IV: "The Reunion")
