Dan Mazilu is an associate professor of physics at Washington and Lee University, where he has been since 2008.

Irina Mazilu is a professor of physics at Washington and Lee University, which she joined in 2004.

Thomas Williams earned his BS and PhD in physics from the University of Virginia. He spent time at the National Bureau of Standards, the Universität Erlangen-Nurnberg and Kaman Sciences. Following this, he spent the majority of his career at Washington and Lee University.
