Tuberculosis is an airborne disease caused by the bacterium called Mycobacterium tuberculosis which is major causative agent of human being and characterized by:- weight loss, fever, night sweats, loss of appetite. Many mathematical models have already been proposed for the disease dynamics with a view to assisting in the formulation of Tuberculosis control strategies. This book investigate and analysis the effect of habitat area in the control of the Tuberculosis spread in the society, the existence and stability of the disease free equilibrium point and evaluate the conditions at which epidemics will occur and persist by using the basic reproduction number. The analysis should help to control global mortality and morbidity of Tuberculosis in world, especially in poor and developing countries with limited health care resources and weak health habit and practice systems.
