Dana Savannah MacLean is a Thailand-based reporter who has written for publications including Al Jazeera, IRIN News and the Thomson Reuters Trust Foundation. She has an MA in Human Rights and Peace Studies from Mahidol University and a BA in Sociology from McGill University. Her research background is in protracted refugee situations.
