has a Masters in Regional and Local Development Studies. He taught in a wide range of fields related to good governance, development, Physical and human geography in colleges, preparatory schools and training institutions. Currently, he is working as a senior social welfare policy and program expert in the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.
