This monograph is a critical and historical account of Aristotelian essentialism and modal logic. Daniel James Vecchio earned his PhD at the Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He researches in the fields of the Philosophy of Religion and the History of Philosophy with a specialized focus on Aristotle¿s metaphysics and logic.
