Daniel is fifth born of late Mr and Mrs Daniel Ongayi of Mulwanda Village in Emuhaya Bunyore, Vihiga County.Daniel got Education from Ibubi,Emusire,Mt.Kenya University and Masters degree Kisii University.Married to Ruth Ameyo teacher Ebusiratsi Sp.sch.Have five children Mercy,Dishon,Bahati,Sheila and Lucky.Currently EARC officer Emuhaya Sub/County
