We hope by reading our book that we encourage one another, treat each other better, live for one another and be graceful for the relationships we have built and those yet to develop. Tobie L. Buford: Tobie is a native New Yorker. She is a mother, daughter, sister, auntie, God Mother. Tobie is a woman of faith. Tobie is a product of the public school system of New York City from elementary through college. Tobie holds a Master of Arts in Disabilities Studies from CUNY's School of Professional Studies. Tobie is politically active in her community, volunteering on her Community Board and a County Committee Member. Growing up in the Bronx Tobie enjoyed writing and dreamed of writing a poetry book. This dream has now become her reality. Daniela Drew: A native of the Dominican Republic Daniela and her family immigrated to the US in the 1960s. She is a graduate of Boston University School of Nursing. She holds a master's degrees in nursing from New York University, and a master's degree in anthropology from the from the New School for Social Research, NYC. Daniela loves the Lord, is devoted to family and cherishers her friendships. Daniela began writing in her teenage years. She has published her works in collegiate magazines and is the author of: Intermscies that Occupy Space and Time. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and relaxing.
