The novelty and the originality of the information contained in this paper come from the association of two timely fields of study, namely the increase of motivation and intrapreneurship, by using the most appropriate management methods for this purpose. Moreover, the specificity of the scientific approach is referring to the fact that it presents a German management model (Harzburg), which, may grow motivation and the intrapreneurship among employees, by having a great potential in improving the efficiency of management methods which may substantially contribute to organizational performance. The opportunity of this paper also results from its state of difficulty at the theoretical level, as the Harzburg management model is not an intensely studied one, so that in literature review there are not many bibliographic references that can correctly present its characteristics, theoretical and methodological aspects.
