Darma b was born in Montreal to a Jewish Czech/Latvian father and an Scottish/Acadian mother. Therapist, singer, artist and storyteller, she has produced this compilation of poems from her life experiences. She studied at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts; she was a member of "Jeunesses Musicales du Canada" and "La Farandole de Racine," and has participated in stage productions in Quebec, Switzerland, and France. Darma b is the proud "mamie" of two grandsons and presently lives on the South Shore of Montreal. La biographie Darma b est therapeute en relation d'aide, guerisseuse, conteuse, et maitre reveur. Elle ecrit depuis l'age de huit ans, de cette voix qui vient du sentie et du c ur. Darma b est nee a Montreal, QC, d'un pere Juif et d'une mere Acadienne. Elle fit des etudes classiques a Sherbrooke, suivi d'etudes multidisciplinaires en arts a l'ecole du "Musee des Beaux-Arts de Montreal" avec Arthur Lismer du "Groupe des Sept ." Darma b participa maintes fois aux "Jeunesses Musicales du Canada," et elle fit partie de la troupe 'La Farandole de Racine.' Sous l'expertise de Marie Bombardier, elle se produisit en chant et theatre au Quebec, en France et en Suisse. Darma b vit presentement sur la Rive-Sud de Montreal, entouree de ses enfants et de ses petits-enfants."
