Darren Mennie can usually be found reading a science fiction book or watching science fiction on TV. Writing books for children was always on his wish list and the publication of the children's book Hamster HQ this year will finally make that a reality. He loves cycling and spends way too much time on his day job of running a small installation company! He lives in Somerset in the UK with his wife and family.
