Devotional writer, Debbie Insley relishes being a willing transplant from the Detroit area to the Lone Star State. It was in her church as a young Sunday school student at Inter-City Baptist Church in Allen Park, Michigan where she began her spiritual journey of saving faith in Christ and being trained with a solid biblical foundation. Now life with her Pastor-Teacher husband Michael includes her dedication as a helpmate to him in church ministry, and she is blessed by the opportunity to teach and grow with the ladies Bible class on Sunday morning. In this precious little country church, Sweet Spirit Baptist of St. Hedwig, Texas, Debbie enjoys leading music in the Lord's Day worship service. After being the recipient of the outpouring of GOD's grace and redeeming workmanship throughout the years, the most heartfelt desire of this wife, mother, and servant of Christ is to pass on a godly heritage and love of the LORD to her beloved sons, Kevin and Aaron and lovely daughter-in-love, Amy. Debbie considers it a privilege and joy to share GOD's Word with family and friends ~ and to all those our SoveREIGN LORD places in her earthly path needing to hear the victorious good news of salvation in Christ Jesus.
