Elephants in the Attic - How could that possibly be so? Where did they come from...Africa? Asia? Does anyone know? This charming rhyming story tells the tale of a young girl and her friend who one day discover two enormous elephants - Beau and Flo - living high up in her attic. Once discovered -- these two gigantic pachyderms invite the pair in and share their unexpected tale of how they lost one home, found a new one and - against all odds - rekindled a lost friendship while living in this most unusual living space. With her second children's book - Elephants in the Attic - Debra Young Hatch has once again penned a story to delight, encourage and support young children as they discover joy and laughter in the words and images, and uncover special messages of inclusion, kindness and caring found in a most unexpected friendship.
