Despite the numerous mass media sensitization to the public, of the phenomenon through seminars and workshops, there was no change. It was the photography pedagogy, a critical media literacy framework that made knowledge construction and with a creational representation of the world that made effect with a Practice Based Research that was used to create the new knowledge. This layed ground for an analysis of an advanced innovative photography pedagogy theory that mounted a practice based photographic exhibition model as a result of the research findings.

Am a Ugandan aged 45, a lecturer at Kabale University at the Faculty of Engineering Art and Design. I have made a number of Sculptural and Photography exhibitions that have enabled me to get exposed to prominent Ugandan professional artists. I have mentored a number of students who have excelled and started their own art workshops after school.
