The Author has BA in Sociology, and MA in Social Work (MSW) from Addis Ababa University. He has served for two decades in housing development sector as expert, team leader, and manager at various governments bureau levels, Municipality, Zone and regional offices. This long year work experience has urged him to contribute this book for readers.
