Desney King is a mother, grandmother, friend, environmental and human rights advocate and activist, vegetarian, meditator, healer, nature lover, stroke survivor. She's also a veteran editor of the Australian publishing industry whose 35-year career has helped bring the work of countless authors into the world.When Desney isn't writing, she's crocheting, appreciating nature, or spending time with her friends and family.Transit of Angels, published by Pilyara Press, is her debut novel.Desney is currently working on a memoir about deep acceptance, what happens when ageing and disability collide, and her experience of finding ways to go on after life stripped away all her facades.
