English for Specific Purposes (ESP) from the early 1960's, has grown to become one of the most prominent areas of EFL teaching today Anthony, (1998); Its progress is exhibited in the numerous universities offering an MA in ESP, and in the substantial amount of ESP courses, offered to foreign students in English speaking countries. ESP is an approach of English Language Teaching which aims at meeting the needs of a specific group regarding the language, these needs range from specific disciplines to specific abilities: Listening, speaking, reading and writing. This study aims at reporting the needs of the Legal English II subject at USTA, the design of a didactical proposal to help Law students improve their listening skills, the implementation of the proposal and analysis of the results. This research was grounded on the design of six modules based on Moodle platform; it was carried out from the first semester of 2016 to the second semester of the same year. This study was grounded in the qualitative approach, the author followed the action research model aimed at describing the process of design and implementation of online workshops in Moodle.
