Francis Okello is a police officer with extensive training background in forensics. He holds a PhD in Transnational organized crime, Masters in peace and conflict studies, bachelors in Forestry and post graduate diploma in forensics. Christabella Judith Aceng is a law lecturer, holds a masters and bachelors in Law, and certificates in forensics.
