Car chasing dogs are nothing more than addicts, using the immortality prophecy as a crutch to support their addictive behavior." She claims there is no ribbon war. Uninformed animals inadvertently crossing the roadways are struck by cars. That's the cause of the carnage. And then El Loco Lobo Blanco attacks them. The fight is on, as Lucky and his friends must acquire new flying machines after the old ones are destroyed. It is a struggle against the devil dog, the elements, and themselves as they race to stop the carnage.
