Two projects which have been selected are Dublin Metro North and DART Underground which were both planned for the Dublin area. Conclusion chapter summarise findings, objectives and hypothesis of this thesis.

I was born in Belarus on the 2nd of December in 1986. I immigrated to Ireland in 2001 and reside in this beautiful country ever since. I graduated from Limerick¿s Institute of Technology in 2010 with first class honours in Quantity Surveying. I am currently pursuing an MBA degree from Heriot Watt University Edinburgh Business School.
