The conclusion is that beinga small country has their advantage which enables itto deliver effective welfare outcomes.

Emil Ali is docent aan de Faculteit Bedrijfseconomie en Beleidsstudies, Universiti Brunei Darussalam. Hij behaalde zijn MPA-diploma (met onderscheiding) aan de Universiteit van York, Verenigd Koninkrijk. Hij heeft een aantal onderzoeken uitgevoerd op het gebied van overheidsfinanciën en maatschappelijk welzijn.
