Emmanuel C. Ani (Ph.D) has B.ED Economics from University of Benin, Nigeria (1988); M.SC and Ph.D Economics from University of Nigeria Nsukka(1999) and(2006)respectively. He also has PGD in Banking and Finance (1994) from the same University. Currently, he lectures Economics at Federal University Wukari in Taraba State, Nigeria in West Africa.
