Emmanuel Upendo Ngambeki, born in Tanzania in 1973, was ordained a pastor in 1998. He acquired Diploma in Theology at Makumira University College in 1998, Bachelor of Divinity at Makumira University College in 2005, Master of Theology at Tumaini University Makumira in 2009, and Doctorate in Theology at Silliman University in the Philippines.
