The idea for this book was a result of the creativity of 15 Grade 10 English students. Each student started by presenting a basic plot sum-mary for a story. Next, the class voted on which had the most potential. Once the class had agreed upon an idea, one brave student volunteered to write the first chapter. After each chapter was written, the class came together to workshop, edit, then brainstorm ideas for the following chapter. Over the course of the school year, six chapters were written this way. In April, the students were assigned their culminating task which was to write the 7th chapter, a final chapter for the book.…mehr
