Approximately twenty years ago, Engay Alexandra took her kids and nephew on vacation to Hawaii in the month of June. Her young daughter was wearing rainbow sandals. There was a parade on the main drag, and her daughter immediately took a look at her sandals and began to cry. God's biblical promise of the rainbow did not matter to her at that time. God's Word will never pass away, nor will any of His promises.
