Ebrahim Esmaili is a Researcher at the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Systems, University Technology Malaysia. He has authored several publications in the field of IT Management.Prof. Mohammad Ishak Desa has the PhD in OR from University of Salford. Currently he is Head of OBI Research Group at University Technology Malaysia.
