Autorenporträt
Eddie Creighton was born and raised in Arkansas. He graduated from Benton High School and the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. He served six years in the Air Force National Guard and taught school in Hot Springs and Little Rock. He met his wife Katherine while teaching at the same school. In 1968 they moved to Melbourne to be in the Ford Business and was drafted as the Melbourne Church of Christ song leader, a volunteer position he held for about 35 years. In 2003 they moved back to Little Rock to be near their children and grandchildren. He and his wife are members of the Chenal Valley Church where he serves as an elder.
